Terms of Service
By using ASURIQ, you agree to these terms. Short version: use it honestly, don't abuse it.
Service description
ASURIQ is an AI verification engine available as a browser extension, API, MCP server, and AI assistant plugin. It analyzes AI-generated text for quality signals, including confidence scoring, hedging detection, entity verification, and hallucination risk assessment. The extension integrates with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other AI interfaces in your browser. Access requires accepting these terms. ASURIQ is operated by Silent Ampersand LLC.
Acceptable use
You may use ASURIQ only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not: reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract ASURIQ’s source code, models, or verification logic; automate requests in ways that circumvent rate limits or terms; resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service without written authorization from Silent Ampersand LLC; use the service to build a competing product that replicates ASURIQ’s core verification functionality; or use the service in any way that violates applicable law.
Subscription and billing
ASURIQ offers Free (5 checks/day), Memory ($5/mo), Power ($15/mo), and Control ($29/mo) plans. Deliberation Passes are available as one-time purchases ($3 single, $20 for 10, $40 for 25) and do not expire. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time; your access continues through the end of the current period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ advance notice. Developer API access is available separately. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
Verification is informational, not authoritative
ASURIQ provides probabilistic verification scores and signals to help you evaluate AI-generated text. These scores reflect statistical patterns and database lookups. they are not definitive determinations of truth or falsehood. ASURIQ is not responsible for any decision made in reliance on its analysis. Nothing in the ASURIQ output constitutes legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. A high confidence score does not guarantee accuracy; a low score does not guarantee error.
Data handling
Our data practices are described in full in our Privacy Policy. In summary: we do not store your queries or the AI responses you analyze. Entity verification queries sent to external databases contain only entity text, not personal data. Your saved analyses and history are stored locally in your browser using IndexedDB and never transmitted to our servers unless you enable sync.
Intellectual property
ASURIQ and all its components, including the verification engine, scoring models, and interface designs, are the intellectual property of Silent Ampersand LLC. These terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the right to use the service as described. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the service without obligation to you.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or create security risks. We will provide notice where reasonably possible. You may cancel your account at any time through account settings. Upon termination, your local IndexedDB data remains on your device; no account data is retained after deletion. Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Silent Ampersand LLC’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of ASURIQ will be resolved in the courts of Delaware. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by a notice in the extension. Continued use of ASURIQ after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
