Architecture

We never see the page you’re verifying — and that’s not a promise, it’s how the extension is built.

Reading an AI response or a page and pulling out the checkable claims happens on your own connected AI model — the same one you’re already using — not on ASURIQ’s servers. Only the extracted claim, never the surrounding text, ever leaves your browser for a lookup. “We never see what you browse” is literally true under this design, not a policy we’re asking you to trust. See how extraction works in plain terms on How it works.

Telemetry

What the verification engine records, in full — aggregate only, never joined to your identity.

Collected
  • Claim hash
  • Domain — never the full URL
  • Verification result
  • Cache hit/miss
  • Latency
  • Model tier used
  • Extraction success/failure
  • Error class
Never collected
  • Page content
  • Full URLs
  • Browsing sequence
  • Dwell time
  • Navigation paths
  • Any user-identity join

DeDact Scrub. Before any page or document text reaches a model — yours or ours — DeDact Scrub strips out anything that looks like a name, account number, diagnosis, or address. It runs client-side, in your browser, because scrubbing only works if the sensitive text is removed before it leaves. DeDact Scrub is always on and free, with no daily cap — it is not something you can switch off to save credits, and it never will be.

What ASURIQ is. ASURIQ is an AI verification engine available as a Chrome extension, API, and web application. It checks AI-generated text against real-world databases for accuracy. WorkForce is our organizational simulation product. This policy covers both.

What the extension collects. When you use the Chrome extension, claim extraction from AI responses on the page you're viewing (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or other supported sites) runs on your own connected AI model, not on our servers — see Architecture above. Only the extracted claim is sent to our verification engine for a lookup. The extension does not read pages outside of supported AI interfaces. It does not collect browsing history, passwords, form data, or personal files.

What the engine does with your data. The extracted claim — never the full AI response or page — is what reaches our verification engine. We check it against public databases (Semantic Scholar, PubMed, CrossRef, FRED, BLS, and others). These queries contain only the claim or entity text, never your identity or personal information. Results are returned to your browser. We do not store the AI responses you verify unless you have an account and choose to save an analysis.

What we collect for accounts. If you create an account: email address (for authentication), saved analyses (if you choose to save them), payment information (processed by Stripe; we do not see or store card numbers), and basic usage metrics (check count, tier, last active).

Cognitive Stack, Code Quality, and Routing. These products process your data through your own AI provider using your own API keys (BYOK mode). Your prompts and responses flow directly between your browser and your chosen AI provider. ASURIQ's server provides the analysis framework but does not see your full conversation. In managed routing mode, ASURIQ routes requests through our provider keys. In this case, the prompt text passes through our server but is not stored.

WorkForce simulations. If you use WorkForce, your simulation inputs are sent to third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, DeepSeek) to generate deliberation outputs. Each provider has their own data handling policies. We retain simulation results for your account history.

Third-party services. We use Supabase (hosted on AWS) for account data, Stripe for payments, and Vercel for hosting. The verification engine runs on Railway. No data is sold or shared with advertisers.

Cookies. We use essential cookies for authentication only. No tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies. We use Vercel Analytics for anonymous page-view counts; no personal data is collected.

Your rights. You may access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us. You may uninstall the extension at any time, which immediately stops all data processing. You may close your account and request deletion of all associated data.

Children. ASURIQ is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes. We will notify registered users of material privacy policy changes by email. The current version is always available at this URL.
