Transition Guide
Add a second AI provider and unlock multi-model routing.
One AI gives you one perspective. Two or more give you independent opinions that can be compared, verified against each other, and routed to based on cost and capability. This is where ASURIQ Routing earns its subscription back in saved API costs.

Routing cross-provider cost savings · Multi-model panel consensus · Error independence (different training data catches different mistakes) · Provider diversity for high-stakes queries
1Pick a second provider
If you primarily use ChatGPT, the strongest complement is Claude (different training methodology, different failure modes). If you primarily use Claude, adding DeepSeek gives you cost savings on simple queries. Here’s the landscape:
For cost savings: Add DeepSeek. Their flash model handles simple queries at $0.14/Mtok vs Haiku’s $1/Mtok.
For accuracy: Add Claude. Different training approach means different failure modes. When they agree, confidence is higher.
For diversity: Add Gemini. Google’s grounding in Search gives it recency advantages on current events.

2Get API keys from both providers
Each provider has a developer dashboard where you generate API keys:
OpenAI: platform.openai.com/api-keys
Anthropic: console.anthropic.com
Google: aistudio.google.com/apikey
DeepSeek: platform.deepseek.com/api_keys
You bring your own keys. ASURIQ never stores them on our servers. They’re encrypted in your browser’s local storage or in the MCP vault.Anthropic: console.anthropic.com

DeepSeek: platform.deepseek.com/api_keys
3Subscribe to Routing BYOK ($13/mo)
Routing intelligently selects the cheapest model that will produce quality output for each query. A simple factual question goes to DeepSeek flash ($0.14/Mtok). A nuanced analysis goes to Claude Opus. You stop paying premium prices for basic queries.
4Use panel mode for high-stakes decisions
When accuracy matters more than cost, Routing’s panel mode queries 3 models from different providers simultaneously. If all 3 agree, confidence is high. If one dissents, you see exactly where and why. This is error independence. Different training data catches different mistakes.
The math: Most users route 60-70% of queries to cheaper models without noticing a quality difference. At $13/mo for Routing, users with even moderate API usage typically save $20-40/mo on their provider bills. The subscription pays for itself.
